Comfortable accommodation with premium bedding and pillow menus. The bed felt like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. Air conditioning in the room was a savior during the hot summer days. It kept me cool and refreshed. The on-site restaurant was a delightful surprise. The food was so delicious that my taste buds did a happy dance.

We had a really really nice stay, the hotel was modern, clean, with favourable location close to the Old City.

I got great value for my money at this nice little hotel in the center. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the market and sights. The staff treated me like family, making me feel safe and at home.

I enjoyed my stay. I found the staff friendly and helpful. Given the context of its location in Sarajevo, the hotel is of a very good standard. I was espescially impressed that I was able to change my booking at short notice. It has a perfect location for anybody wanting to experience the old city of Sarajevo. If I ever go to Sarajevo again on vacation, then I would count myself fortunate if I was able to get a room at this hotel.

I chose Boutique 36 hotel specifically because of its great location near Bascarsija. I wanted to explore the surrounding old town with its restaurants, museums, and historical monuments within walking distance. The hotel pleasantly surprised me with its reliable service and facilities, especially the wireless internet access that allowed me to stay connected during my stay.

It was so convenient to have a drop-off and pick-up service, making our travel experience stress-free. The breakfast was also quite good, offering a decent spread for a 3-star hotel. The location was perfect, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The hospitality of the staff was great and they offered us free sandwiches and fruit packs for our early morning trip. The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from.

The gravel parking lot was not secure and filled with reckless drivers. there was no running water in the morning which means we couldn't take a shower before leaving for the day.
